Pool removal in Georgina
A pool removal is a drainage job that ends with a lawn, and the lawn only stays flat if the backfill goes in compacted, lift by lift. Cottage tear-downs with septic, boathouses and sheds cleared together, and asbestos surveys on nearly every one.

Georgina is 1940s to 1970s lake cottages in Keswick, Sutton and Jackson's Point coming down for year-round houses. The lot tells us how the machine gets to the backyard and how many loads of fill the hole will take. Lakefront lots are narrow and often steep, so the machine is sized to the lot and bins load at the road.
