Pool removal in King
Acreage lets us run a full excavator and stage several bins; wells, septic beds and private hydro lines are what need finding first. Drain, remove the equipment, break the shell with drainage holes punched through the bottom, haul the concrete, then backfill and compact and grade away from the house. A pool removal is a drainage job that ends with a lawn, and the lawn only stays flat if the backfill goes in compacted, lift by lift.

Most GTA municipalities want a permit before an in-ground pool comes out, and the equipment's gas and electrical are cut by licensed trades before the machine arrives. The Township of King issues the permit; moraine-regulated lots can carry approvals beyond the Township's. [Kam confirms.]
