Bathroom demolition in Georgina
A bathroom is the heaviest room in the house per square foot, and all of it goes down the stairs by hand. Cottage tear-downs with septic, boathouses and sheds cleared together, and asbestos surveys on nearly every one.

Georgina is 1940s to 1970s lake cottages in Keswick, Sutton and Jackson's Point coming down for year-round houses. That tells us whether to expect mortar-bed tile and cast iron, or a 1990s acrylic surround that comes out in an hour. Lakefront lots are narrow and often steep, so the machine is sized to the lot and bins load at the road. Plumbing is capped by a licensed trade, the door is sealed, and tile, tub, vanity and fixtures leave through a protected hallway to a 10 yard bin.
