A shed is an afternoon. What takes the time is the contents, the wasp nest, the slab underneath and the fence panel that has to come off so we can get it out. We empty it if you want, take it apart, remove the floor or the pad, and leave the corner of the yard raked flat.

- Sheds with hydro need the feed disconnected by a licensed electrician first.
- Paint, fuel, propane and chemicals found inside go to a municipal hazardous waste depot, not the bin.
