Shed removal.

A shed is an afternoon. What takes the time is the contents, the wasp nest, the slab underneath and the fence panel that has to come off so we can get it out. We empty it if you want, take it apart, remove the floor or the pad, and leave the corner of the yard raked flat.

What is included

On the ticket.

The number comes from a site walk. A small-job minimum applies. Contents, a concrete pad and poor access move it. [Kam confirms.]

Permits notes

Paper first.

  • Removing a shed needs no permit in most municipalities.
  • Sheds with hydro need the feed disconnected by a licensed electrician first.
  • Paint, fuel, propane and chemicals found inside go to a municipal hazardous waste depot, not the bin.

The plates on every truck: WSIB, insurance, demolition permits, asbestos survey, utility locates, crew training.

Questions about shed removal

Usually not. If the shed has hydro, an electrician disconnects the feed first.

Yes. Tell us at the site walk. Paint, fuel and propane cannot go in the bin and are set aside for the hazardous waste depot.

It comes out if you want the ground clean, or stays if the next shed is going on it. We price both.

A few hours for most sheds, half a day with a concrete pad.
