Bathroom demolition in Oakville
South Oakville is 1950s and 1960s houses on 75 to 100 foot lots bought for the land; North Oakville is newer subdivisions renovated inside. That tells us whether to expect mortar-bed tile and cast iron, or a 1990s acrylic surround that comes out in an hour.
