Demolition contractor in Vaughan

Vaughan is where builders replace 1970s and 1980s houses with something bigger, especially in Woodbridge and old Thornhill, and where Kleinburg estate lots come with an old house, a pool and a pool house that all have to go before the new one starts. We do a lot of full-lot clearing here.

Vaughan in detail

Vaughan, on the ground.

Newer subdivisions in Maple and Vellore Village bring the inside work: basements stripped for a second unit or a proper finish, kitchens opened up, and the occasional garage gutted for a home gym or an office. Those houses are recent enough that surveys are rarely needed.

The City of Vaughan issues building and demolition permits; York Region is the upper tier. Our yard is in Richmond Hill, next door, so a bin swap in Vaughan is a short run. [Kam confirms same-day swaps.]

Questions from Vaughan

Yes. We sequence it so the pool is drained and broken before the house comes down, and the outbuildings go last so the machine has a clear path. One permit application covers the structures; the pool needs its own. [Kam confirms in-ground pool scope.]

The City of Vaughan. We file it and book the disconnects and Ontario One Call locates.

Fast. The yard is in Richmond Hill, one municipality over, so swaps are a short drive. [Kam confirms same-day swaps.]
